- Do you work on old pools?
- No. We build new custom pools only.
- Do you build fiberglass or vinyl pools?
- No. We build custom gunite pools only.
- What is gunite?
- Gunite is concrete sprayed onto a steel frame. It sets into one solid shell in the exact shape of your design.
- Is the first consultation free?
- Yes. We come to your home, walk the yard with you and talk through what you want.
- Will I see the design before you dig?
- Yes. We go over the design with you first, often as a 3D model.
- How soon do I get a price?
- You get a detailed estimate, usually within a week of the consultation.
- How long does a build take?
- It depends on the size of the pool and what you add to it. You get a timeline for your project before work starts.
- Who handles permits and HOA approval?
- We do. Permits and HOA approvals are part of the job.
- Salt water or chlorine?
- We build both. We'll talk through which one fits how you'll use the pool.
- Can I finance my pool?
- Yes. We work with lending partners. Ask about financing at your consultation.
- Is there a warranty?
- Yes. Every Draco project comes with a warranty. Ask for the written terms at your consultation.

- Yes. Draco is fully insured.
